Rhyll Community Association

The Rhyll Community Association (RCA) serves as a representative body for the residents of Rhyll, a coastal township on Phillip Island, Victoria. Rhyll itself has a rich history, with early European exploration dating back to 1798 when George Bass and Matthew Flinders visited the area. The township has evolved from its early days of fishing and chicory farming to become a quaint village known for its natural beauty and conservation areas.
